I am writing this in review of the services provided by WeldTrain, LLC and specifically the services provided by John McLaughlin. Mr. McLaughlin has worked for me under a contract for approximately 1.5 years now as a welding instructor teaching basic and advanced GMAW, FCAW and GTAW processes. His knowledge, professionalism and communication skills are second to none. In 2019 we ran 257 students through our weld school and this would be in no way possible without the help and dedication of Mr. McLaughlin. The safety of our workforce is our main priority with the teaching proper welding techniques coming in second and Mr. McLaughlin shows this every day. His teaching skills are above the rest when it comes to classroom, hands on and all around communication with students. Some people are great at talking about welding to students, others are great at physically showing the hands on side of welding, but few are good at doing both. Mr. McLaughlin shows that he was born to be a teacher by demonstrating both of these traits every day as well as leading by example through his attitude, aptitude and attendance. If you are looking for training or Manufacturing Engineering help with either manual or automated welding, you would be foolish to look anywhere other then WeldTrain, LLC.
